With a passion for helping people, Tim is a professional and health-focused personal trainer. Having a background working in mental health, Tim realises the importance of looking after both the body and the mind. If you are looking to work with someone who will give you a push in the right direction whilst being approachable, understanding and supportive then Tim might be just the man. Away from work Tim enjoys family time and is a lover of food, travel, adventure and all things two-wheeled.
