With a passion for helping people, Tim is a professional and wellness-focused personal trainer/coach. Having a background working in mental health, Tim realises the importance of looking after both the body and the mind. If you are looking to work with someone who will help you make meaningful change whilst being approachable, understanding and supportive then Tim might be just the man. Away from work Tim enjoys family time and is a lover of food, travel, adventure and all things two-wheeled.
