I work with a range of clients including busy mums and professionals but I specialise in helping people who lack confidence regarding exercise to make sustainable and positive lifestyle changes.

Gym sessions will take place at Arrow Strength and Conditioning, a supportive and inclusive environment where I will work with you to understand exactly what you need, giving you the tools, and belief, to help you look and feel fantastic again.

Semi-Private Personal Training

If you want the benefits of a personal trainer but would prefer to train with a friend or would like to keep costs down, then I can offer personal training for up to three people as long as your training goals are fairly similar.


Clients attending 2 or more personal training sessions per week can have access to the gym outside of sessions via a half-price membership. For clients attending less than 2 PT sessions per week there is the option to purchase a gym membership.
