Some gyms can leave you feeling like you’re not listened to or cared for. The venue I have chosen to use is the opposite of this. Gym sessions will take place at the Performance Fitness Centre, https://www.the-pfc.co.uk a supportive and inclusive environment where I will work with you to understand exactly what you need, giving you the tools, and belief, to help you look and feel fantastic again.
Or, if you prefer, you can be seen in the comfort of your own home, outdoors or even at your work place.

Semi-Private Personal Training
If you want the benefits of a personal trainer but would prefer to train with a friend or would like to keep costs down, then I can offer personal training for up to three people as long as your training goals are similar.
Clients attending 2 or more personal training sessions per week can have access to the gym outside of sessions via a half-price membership. For clients attending less than 2 PT sessions per week there is the option to purchase a gym membership.
